MOLDED LIME PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. milk
2 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat; pour over gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until well blended. Gradually add gelatin, mixing until well blended. Stir in pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2-quart mold; chill until firm. Unmold. Garnish with curly endive and frosted grapes, if you wish. Serves 12.
