LIME GELATIN MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained

MIX jello, water and marshmallows until dissolved; set aside until mushy. CREAM 1 cup sour cream and 1 package soft cream cheese. FOLD into mushy mixture along with 1 large can of pineapple. POUR into 1 1/2 to 2 quart mold (spray mold with Pam or oil lightly). CHILL several hours.
