MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. instant rice
1 sm. green pepper
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients, except soup; shape into balls. Place in casserole; pour soup and 1 can water over balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 8 servings.
