MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
2 tbsp. McCormick fried chicken seasoning
1 c. cream
1 med. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine meat and dry ingredients well. Add well-beaten eggs and cream. Be sure to use 1 tablespoon of the fried chicken seasoning in meatloaf. Use the 1/2 cup of bread crumbs in the meatloaf. Place in a greased pan or dish and sprinkle top with 1/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing and 1 tablespoon fried chicken seasoning. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
