PICKLED JALAPENOS | |
Wash peppers and pack tightly into hot jars. Combine in saucepan: 1 cup vinegar 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. olive oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. pickling spice Bring to boil over high heat. Cover peppers with boiling hot liquid leaving 1/2 inch head space. Seal jars and process in boiling water bath 10 minutes. Start to count processing time as soon as water returns to boil. |
