1 devil food cake mix
1/2 c. walnuts
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. chocolate pudding (cook)

Make the pudding, add the cake mix and mix. Put into pan, scatter chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
