MIDNIGHT BROWNIES 
1 pkg. chocolate pudding, small box, cooked (not instant)
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 c. nuts

Combine pudding and milk. Cook until thick. Turn off heat and let stand 1 minute. Add cake mix and stir thoroughly. Add nuts and 3/4 of the chocolate chips. Let chips melt. Add rest of chips. Put in a 9 x 13 pan (greased and floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
