CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix, with pudding if possible
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. evaporated milk
14 oz. pkg. caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix cake mix, melted butter, nuts and 1/2 cup evaporated milk and pat 1/2 into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk and pour over crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Spoon last 1/2 of crust mixture over chocolate pieces.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
