MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
3 lg. cans mushroom stems and pieces
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. Sugar Twin
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 jar Durkee salad seasoning with cheese
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Place in covered container and let set for 2 hours.
