MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lb. chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
5 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. white wine or dry vermouth
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. oil
Fresh ginger root, grated

Clean wings and remove tips. Separate two remaining parts. Combine all ingredients for marinade. Add wings, coating well. Add marinade for at least 16 hours or longer. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. May be baked for 1 hour ahead of time and reheated for 30 minutes at serving time. "Finger licking good!"
