OMELET 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
chopped ham
shredded cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

(You can add any other ingredients you like.)

Melt butter in skillet. Break eggs in medium bowl and best with fork. Pour eggs into warm skillet. While cooking the eggs, push the egg white to the middle. Then flip them after 3 or 4 minutes. After another 3 or 4 minutes put ham and cheese on top of eggs. Flip one side of the eggs to the other side and its ready to go.
