1 box (10 oz.) chopped spinach
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. onion
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 beaten egg

Mix all ingredients and bake in small casserole dish (1 - 1 1/2 quart). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
