BROCCOLI OR SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli or spinach
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. bread crumbs or cornflakes
1/4 cube butter
1 onion, chopped
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt
Pepper

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in 1/2 cup water and drain. Add butter and cool. Add soup, cheese, onion, eggs, salt and pepper, sugar and crumbs. Pour into greased casserole; sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
