HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix pineapple, sugar, flour, pineapple juice and Cheddar cheese. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Spread crumb mixture in Pam-sprayed 9x12 inch baking dish. Pour pineapple mixture on top of crumb mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm.
