QUICK APPLE-CRANBERRY RELISH | |
1 c. chopped apple (Jonathan or McIntosh) 1 c. whole raw cranberries 1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. candied ginger, fine chopped Mix ingredients in small saucepan and simmer slowly till most of cranberries have burst and apples are soft.
