MARIE'S ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed potatoes
4-5 c. plain flour

In blender add water, sugar, salt and yeast. Mix well. Add mashed potatoes, eggs, butter. Mix well. Add 1 cup flour and mix until smooth. Pour into bowl and stir in remainder of flour until you have a soft dough. Cover dough in tight container. Chill overnight. Shape and let rise in warm place until dough doubles in size. Bake in 400 oven for 15-20 minutes.
