BRUCE'S BBQ RIBS 
12 nice meaty ribs
2 lb. Italian sausage

Cook over charcoal and set aside in a large pan in which they will be baked. Prepare sauce.

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans apple cider vinegar (using the empty tomato sauce can)
4 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 onions, diced
Pinch of oregano
6 drops Tabasco
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Pour over the ribs and sausage (sausage can be cut into desired lengths at this time). Let marinate overnight. Thicken sauce with some cornstarch (1-2 teaspoons). Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Make sure it is covered with foil.

Remove cover, add desired amount of pineapple chunks and 1 onion sliced in rings (sweet Spanish onion works best). Bake an additional 1/2 hour uncovered. Guests will like this and think you slaved for hours.
