RUTH'S MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
Fresh mushrooms (keep whole)
Purple onion, sliced thin
Green pepper, sliced thin
Salt, pepper, garlic salt & oregano to taste
1 bottle reg. Italian dressing (use 1/2 of bottle)
1 bottle red wine/oil dressing (use 1/2 of bottle)

Mix all ingredients together, then add mushrooms. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Best made 1 day ahead.
