TACO HOT DISH 
Taco chips
Cheddar cheese, shredded as desired
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. bottle picante sauce
Garlic powder to taste

Brown meat, onion and garlic powder. Add soups and sauce; mix well. Line large greased casserole with chips. Cover with meat mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Repeat with chips, meat and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Before serving, crumble fresh chips on top. If desired, also top with jalapeno pepper slices.
