TACO HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning
2 1/2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. shredded cheese

Brown meat. Add 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce and seasoning mix. Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole and line pan with half of the chips (use rest for topping). Put in meat mixture. Mix rest of tomato sauce with refried beans. Spread over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and then top with remaining chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with lettuce, sour cream and salsa.
