MOIST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)

Mix all but chocolate chips and nuts. When batter is blended well, add chips and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
