CHOCOLATE MINT TRIANGLES 
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. (16 oz.) chocolate syrup
1 c. all-purpose flour

MINT LAYER:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
2 tbsp. green creme de menthe

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan. In large mixing bowl, combine butter and sugar until blended. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Add syrup and flour; beat until blended. Pour into prepared pan; bake 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly.

Cool completely in pan. Spread mint layer on cake; cover and chill. Pour chocolate glaze over dessert. cover; chill at least 1 hour before serving. Cut into about 12 (3 inch) squares; cut each square diagonally into half.

MINT LAYER: In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE: In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter; remove from heat. Add chips; cool until chips are melted. Cool slightly.

Recipe takes a while to make, but looks beautiful and tastes wonderful!
