PUMPKIN BARS 
BARS:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Beat remaining bar ingredients until combined. Add dry ingredients and beat well. Spread in an ungreased 10 x 15 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting made by combining frosting ingredients.
