BEST-EVER PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat first 4 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done in 15x12x1 inch pan.

BEST-EVER PUMPKIN BAR FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. cream
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix together above ingredients. If not spreadable, add more sugar to thicken or more cream, if too thick.
