SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. spinach, washed & drained
#2 can bean sprouts, drained & rinsed
8 sliced bacon
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1 med. onion, grated
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Break spinach into pieces. Fry bacon and crumble. Add remaining ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients together. Toss salad and dressing together. Makes 4-6 servings.
