CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans red beans
1 (15 oz.) can beans & chili gravy
1 (15 oz.) can chili, no beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup
8 oz. water
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. green onions
Salt

Brown meat using a little water, drain if to fat. Add onions, continue browning until onions are clear. Add celery and bell pepper. Add all other ingredients, except green onions. Bring to boil, simmer for 1 hour. Add green onions, simmer 30 minutes. Salt to taste.
