BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES 
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk
1 c. blueberries

Cream butter and sugar, beat in egg. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with the milk. Gently fold in berries.

Can be frozen. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Yield: 10 cupcakes.
