SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
16 oz. thick spaghetti sauce
2 1/2 c. water
8 oz. pkg. mini lasagna, UNCOOKED
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, saute meat, drain excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to rapid boil. Stir in mini lasagna and bring back to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Uncover. Stir in or sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Serve with fresh garden salad and Italian bread.
