MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 can French green beans
1 can sliced beets
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 can English peas
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 purple onion, sliced

Drain beans, peas, and beets. Mix 1 cup apple cider vinegar with one cup sugar, 1/2 cup Wesson oil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt. Pour over vegetables. Let sit in refrigerator 24 hours.
