CORN CLAM CHOWDER 
2 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. diced potatoes
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 (7 oz.) cans minced clams
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add broth, potatoes, bay leaf, celery salt and clams. Cook 15-20 minutes. Add corn and milk; heat through. Makes 6 servings.
