SAUTEED CHERRY TOMATOES 
1 clove garlic
Small handful of parsley, chives and basil, chopped
Butter (equal parts to olive oil)
Olive oil
Cherry tomatoes (1 pt.)

In butter and oil, saute' garlic, parsley and chives and basil. Throw in the tomatoes; turn heat to medium high. Shake in pan to coat with herbs, butter and oil for just 1 to 2 minutes. Do these at the last minute.
