1 unbaked pie shell
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 can condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and boil potatoes until tender, drain and beat potatoes with electric mixer until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Pour into shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Top with Cool Whip.
