MAGIC LEMON PIE 
1 crumb 8-9 inch pie shell
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 egg yolks

In medium size mixing bowl blend all ingredients until thickened. Turn into pie shell.

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar

Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until holds peaks. Gradually whip in sugar. Whip until whites hold firm peaks. Pile onto filling. Bake 325 degrees until brown, about 15 minutes.
