ORANGE SPONGE CAKE 
5 eggs separated
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. flour

Beat egg whites adding 1/2 cup sugar (with cream of tartar mixed in). Mix until stiff and set aside.

In large bowl mix 5 egg yolks (with 1/2 cup sugar). Add flour and orange juice and salt. Beat well. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture.

Spray an angel food pan with Pam. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
