1 qt. milk or cream
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend well in blender (this is important). Pour into ice cream maker. Just double or triple recipe to the size of your freezer. Most freezers will be double this recipe. If fruit is used, sugar fruit and add 1-2 teaspoons of the same flavor extract.
