DEVILED CRAB 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
dash of Tabasco

Melt butter. Sauté bell pepper, celery and onion until done. Remove from heat. Let cool until warm. Add all other ingredients. Spoon into crab shells or aluminum shells or can be made into patties. Top with extra bread crumbs and paprika. Brown in oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Can also be used to stuff fish and shrimp or bake in casserole dish. Sprinkle stuffed fish with lemon juice and butter.
