WALNUT CRESCENT COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped in small pieces

Cream butter, work in sugar until well blended. Add vanilla, nuts and flour. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Shape dough into small crescents and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar to form a coating.
