HILLBILLY HOTDOGS 
Hotdog buns
1 lb. hamburger
4 hotdogs
1 pt. tomato juice
1 tbsp. chili powder
Chopped onion
Mustard
Cole slaw, see recipe

In saucepan, brown hamburger; drain fat. Add tomato juice, chili powder. Cook until most of liquid gone. Cut or chop onion. Make cole slaw.

COLE SLAW:

1/2 head cabbage
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar (to taste)

Grate cabbage; mix with above. Warm hotdog buns. Cook hotdogs, put hamburger mixture, cole slaw, onions, mustard on top.
