SNOWBALL CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
Cool Whip
1/2 angel food cake

Make Jello according to package directions and refrigerate until slightly thickened (about 1-1 1/2 hours). Break up angel food cake into bite sized pieces and put in square pan. Whip Jello until fluffy with 1 cup Cool Whip. Pour over cake pieces and refrigerate. Frost with Cool Whip and garnish with coconut before serving. May be made with other flavors of Jello. Lemon and peach are the best!
