BEEF IN WINE SANDWICH 
10 lbs. center cut round steak, 2 1/2 or 3 inch thick
butter
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 c. white Sherry, (cooking sherry can be used)
1/4 lb. butter
1 lg. Bermuda onion, sliced
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. salt
3 pkgs. George Washington beef bouillon Soup mix (not boxes)
6 cans mushrooms, sliced
3 c. water
