CHOCOLATE DELIGHT | |
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar (10X) 2 (12 oz.) tubs Cool Whip 1 box chocolate instant pudding 1 box vanilla instant pudding Milk Mix together butter, flour and nuts. Press in oblong pryex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool. Blend together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 tub Cool Whip. Spread half of mixture over crust. Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding as directed on box with milk. Blend pudding with cream cheese mix not used yet. Spread in pan and cover with other tub of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts, chocolate mini chips or chocolate shavings. Chill. |
