CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE 
CRUST:

3 c. crushed chocolate wafers
1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Combine together. Press in springform pan. Refrigerate.

FILLING:

1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
2 whole eggs
4 eggs, separated
3 c. whipping cream
6 tbsp. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate in microwave. Add 2 whole eggs. Add 4 egg yolks and beat until blended. Beat 2 cups cream and add powdered sugar. Beat egg whites stiff. Stir in a little cream and egg whites into chocolate mixture. Then fold in the rest. Pour into crust and chill overnight.

To serve, beat 1 cup cream and spoon on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
