BEER BISCUITS 
2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 can beer

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin cups, filling them about half full. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven 10 minutes or until biscuits rise and are golden. Serve hot, straight from the oven.

Makes about 10.
