LAYERED POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lb. potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1/4 lb. boiled ham, sliced
1/4 lb. fresh sausage, sliced
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tbsp. paprika

Boil unpeeled potatoes with 1 tablespoon salt. Cook until tender. Peel and slice. Cook eggs, peel and slice.

Butter glass 9 x 13 inch dish. Arrange layer of potatoes on bottom. Season with salt. Sprinkle with butter. Cover this layer of potatoes with ham slices. Place another layer of potatoes on top of ham. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with butter. Place layer of egg on this potato layer and then add sausage. Place the best of the potatoes on top. Pour on remaining butter. Spread top evenly with sour cream. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
