OVERNIGHT LAYERED CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. (14 oz.) seasoned bread stuffing
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. warm water

Toss above ingredients together and spread half in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together the following ingredients and spread on top of stuffing-lined pan:

2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked & cut up
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. Miracle Whip

Place remaining half of stuffing on top. Beat 2 eggs, add 1/2 cups milk. Pour evenly over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before baking. Spread 1 can cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom) soup on top. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with grated cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Cut into 12 squares. Delicious and easy!
