QUICK LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
1 can mixed vegetables
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (or uncooked chicken)
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. milk
Grated parmesan cheese
Paprika
4 slices Swiss cheese

In a casserole dish, layer in the following order: Rice, vegetables and tuna. Mix milk with soup and pour over the mixture. Top with Swiss cheese and sprinkle with parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
