CHEERIOS 
1 1/2 c. Cheerios (may substitute Toasted Oats)
2/3 c. 2 percent milk (Skim milk may be substituted, no whole milk, too much cholesterol)
1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)

Pour 1 1/2 cup Cheerios into large bowl. Add 2/3 cup milk to bowl. Add sugar if desired. Mix thoroughly with spoon.
