NEW ORLEANS RED TATERS 
3 lbs. sm. red potatoes
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. liquid crab boil or 1 bag Zatarain shrimp & crab boil
2 dashes Molly McButter
2 oz. Louisiana Hot Sauce (not Tabasco)
Water

Place enough water and crab boil in pot to cover potatoes and bring to a boil. Add salt, hot sauce and butter. Boil 10 to 12 minutes or until fork goes into potatoes easily. Drain and serve with sour cream and butter. Makes a great substitute for baked potato with steak or served as an appetizer. If any are leftover (doubtful) they're also good cold with a little dash of salt.
