OLIVE NUT SPREAD 
6 or 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped salad olives
2 tbsp. olive juice
Dash pepper (add no salt)

Stir well, it will be mushy. Put in jar and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours. Serve on crackers, thin slices of toast or fresh bread.
