First layer: 1 stick of butter melted, 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup chopped pecans. Mix and press into the bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool before adding the next layer.
Second layer: Mix 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup Confectioners sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip. Put on top of first layer.
Third layer: 2 cups milk, 1 package vanilla instant pudding, and 1 package chocolate instant pudding. Put on top of second layer.
Forth layer: 8 oz. container of Cool Whip, 1 chocolate bar shaved. Sprinkle on top. Chill before serving.
